Swimmers should always bring running shoes and appropriate clothing
Non-USS swimmers are expected to attend 4 practices a week in the water and 1 dry land practice.
Club Divers will attend their club diving practice in lieu of Pope Practices.
USS Swimmers will attend their clubs swimming practice in lieu of Pope Practices.
Attendance will be taken at each practice. Any swimmer who is more than 5 mins. late to a practice will be counted absent.
After 5 absences, 5 tardies or any combination that equals 5 the swimmer/diver will suspended from the team for a period of 1 week
and must request reinstatement in writing to Coach Haon.
